Return Policy
  1. Any item to be returned must be returned within 30 days. If purchased November 1st –
    December 24th, the return must be made by January 31st. After this date, exchange only.
  2. Any item returned must be accompanied by your sales receipt, canceled check, or credit card receipt. Without a receipt, only sale price credit will be given if it is felt the merchandise was purchased at Dale’s Winning Edge. Dale’s Winning Edge will determine credit amount.
  3. Merchandise must be in the original box or packaging with all instructions.
  4. Merchandise returned must be new, unused, and in unaltered condition, or it falls under warranty policies and guidelines.
  5. Any defective merchandise will be handled according to the manufacturers warranty policies and guidelines.
  6. Regularly Priced Merchandise (which ends in a 99¢ price suffix) is eligible for a full refund provided all requirements are met. Refund can be given on sale item discounted less than 25%.
  7. Sale Merchandise (which ends in a 89¢ price suffix) is defined as any product that is marked down 25% - 40%. These items may be EXCHANGED ONLY.
  8. Permanent Sale Merchandise (which ends in a 79¢ price suffix) is any item that has been marked down more than 41%. These items are a FINAL SALE.
  9. Permanent Sale Merchandise (discounted more than 40%) is sold as is. If any warranty claims are required, the customer will be responsible for freight to process the claim back to the manufacturer.
  10. If merchandise was purchased by cash or check, refund will be in cash.
  11. If merchandise was purchased with a credit card, refund will be in the form of a credit to your account.
  12. Price adjustments can be made to purchases made within 15 days of an advertised sale.
