From custom-fit sets of clubs to personalized golf balls, special orders provide us with yet another means of meeting a wide and unique variety of customer needs.

We appreciate the opportunity to handle your special orders and will do our best to ensure your order is accurately fulfilled and promptly received. The following policies apply to all special-order items:

Each order is placed with the manufacturer within one business day after it’s received from the customer.

Due to manufacturers’ variable production schedules, Dale’s Winning Edge cannot guarantee delivery dates of special orders.

Customers are notified of items’ arrivals the same day the orders are received in our store.

No refunds will be made for any special-order items, provided the order was placed and filed correctly. In the event that an exchange is necessary on a special-order item, the customer will be responsible for any restocking or additional freight charges.
